- Shipping & Delivery
- Woodsmoked Products will ship anywhere within New Zealand. We generally use PBT Couriers and PBT Frieght. Freight is an additional charge on BBQs and Misc items. Pellets are freight included and will calculate automatically. There is an extra charge on all rural deliveries for all items. Pellets are charged out at $8.00 per bag for a rural address. Orders generally take 3-5 working days to be delivered. We are located in Motueka, South Island. All orders will be delivered by courier. - Privacy & Security
- Unlike many websites, we will not ask for any personal data until after you have seen our complete value proposition and have made the decision to buy from us. We respect your right to privacy and will not share any of our customer’ information with any other parties for any purpose other than fulfillment of your order. We will always protect your right to privacy. This is our promise.
- Returns & Replacements
- * Returned goods must be accompanied with receipt
* The goods returned within 7 days of delivery
* The goods need to be in the original condtion as purchased
Exchanges to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier.
If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act but proof of purchase is required. - Ordering
- Our Ordering Process is simple, secure, and safe. Once you have selected your items, just add them to the shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button. We accept bank internet payments (preferred), cash banked into BNZ branch , or cheque . There is usually a time element with Cheque clearance.
- All advertised prices are in NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS and exclude both GST and any applicable freight charges. We accept internet banking, and company cheques for your purchases. We can issue a GST invoice if requested. Your items will be shipped once payment is cleared. Please read our shipping policy above for further details. - Updating Account Information
- All your personal details including passwords, shipping addresses and email addresses can be maintained by logging into "My Account".
